Do you provide face-to-face workshops?

Although most of our students prefer online learning, we still run monthly face-to-face workshops on most of our courses. Check out our course calandar for more information or contact the Admissions Team.

Can I meet with the CEO if I'm unhappy?

Our current CEO is Anthony Lang - he does make himself available to the entire student faculty on an appointment basis.

Can I study 100% online?

While the majority of our courses can be completed online in-full, some courses have training package restrictions which require in-class assessments. Our website will tell you if you're able to complete courses online in-full or not.

Who are your trainers?

Thankfully, we have a wonderful array of trainers and assessors from all walks of life and course disciplines. Our rule is that all trainers and assessors must work in their industry that they are teaching in. We don’t allow “text book teaching”.

How long will it take to complete my course?

The time to complete depends on the amount of time you put in to complete each of the course activities and assessments. We find some students complete very quickly while others take advantage of our 2 year course guarantee.

What is the 2-year course guarantee?

This means you can enrol into a course and not feel pressured in to completing in a certain time frame. You have 2 years from the date you enrol to complete all of your course requirements. During this 2 year period there are no further fees or charges except for your initial course cost.

Do you have after hours support available to me?

Sure do - you can either post a message in the Student Portal, contact your trainer directly or contact the student support line for extra assistance. The student support line is open 7 days a week.

Do you consider reasonable adjustment on assessments?

We understand that no two students are the same, and that they learn at different paces. As such should you require "Reasonable Adjustment” please contact us directly.
