Course summary An ideal course for existing agent representatives with 2 years or more current industry experience in Victoria. At some point in your property career most high achieving agents want to take the next step in upgrading to an actual formal qualification in real estate. Although in the industry it's referred to as a real estate licence, the formal name of the qualification is Certificate IV Property Services (Real Estate).

Our course is designed and delivered in conjunction with the RPL (Recognition Prior Learning program). By having the RPL program as part of the course this will save you considerable time and money as the assessor reviews and make the judgement based on your knowledge and evidence you supply in the RPL program process. Upon finalising the RPL evidence the assessor than prepares a learning plan in consultation with yourself and works out balance of the qualification you need to complete.

Duration You can pace yourself - there is no rush as your course fee includes access to the “My Connect" portal for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Course outcome Upon successful completion, you will be issued a formal qualification that is known as Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
